At Mary Immaculate, it is a great joy to witness people’s journey into the Catholic faith. This is a wonderful experience that can deepen your faith, too! Learn about the various ways you can get involved below.

Am I called to be a sponsor?

Am I… 

  • A Catholic that has received the three sacraments of initiation: Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist?

  • Participating in Sunday Mass and Holy Days? 

  • Receiving the Sacraments of Holy Communion and Reconciliation regularly?

  • At least 16 years of age?

  • Single and not cohabiting?

  • Married in the Catholic Church? 

  • Promising to be a give good Christian witness and follow the teachings of the Church?

  • Promising to pray for the adult they are sponsoring?

  • Not a significant other, or parent of the adult inquirer?

What is an Auditor?

Auditor are participants who are simply interested in learning more about the Catholic faith. At Mary Immaculate, all are welcome to attend sessions, provided there is enough space! 

Auditors can be the significant other of an RCIA participant and may or may not have received all the Sacraments of Initiation. Whether or not this description fits your current state of life, you are welcome to these learning sessions! 

There is a $50 fee for materials.
