Confirmation Process
 
1st Year can be completed
in one of three ways:
 
 
   (a youth only has to do one of the following)
 
 
1. Be registered with the Youth Office, and attend 11 Youth Ministry events.
 
or
 
 
2. Be registered with the Youth Office, and complete the Home Study Program.
 
(The Home Study Program is reserved for the few youth that have extreme special needs.)
 
or
 
 
3. Complete 7th Grade at Mary Immaculate School, or another Catholic School.
 
 
1st year is completed in
7th Grade because
we typically Confirm
in 8th Grade
 
 
   Registration for the M.I. Nights and the Home Study Program are typically done in May of the preceding school year. Example: Registration for the 2011-12 school year would be done in May of 2011.
 
 
 
 
 
High School
Confirmation Process

3. Complete a year at a Catholic High School prior to the year of Confirmation.
 
or
 
 
4. Any High School Senior may receive Confirmation in one year. (some basic requirements must be met)
